2026 Voting Information plans

Update from Executive Director: We are progressing nicely on our BoD election. We have reached 92.2% of the votes we need for a quorum. This percentage is increasing hourly. While most of these votes were from online voting via ManageCASA many arrived via the paper ballots we mailed out. These still get processed via ManageCASA but they are manually entered and if they are not filled out correctly, they take a lot of time to enter. Our original objective was to have the election wrapped up by March 24 so we could announce the winners at the annual meeting. Given the number of paper ballots we are still processing we have decided to continue the election until midnight 30 March 2026. At that time the electronic polls will close. To give us time to process the paper ballots we will need to have received all paper ballots at the POA office NLT noon 29 March. I will present the election results to the board by Thursday 2 April. The POA staff will collect paper ballots at the annual meeting, but they won't be entered into ManageCASA until the following Monday.
