Boat Ramp Information
BOAT RAMP PERMITS ARE NOW IN FOR 2026!
There are seven boat ramps In Padre Isles POA exclusively for the use of permitted property owners:
Fortuna Bay and Mt. Pelee Streets
Jackfish Street
A current POA Boat Ramp Permit sticker must be displayed on the front right windshield of the vehicle towing the boat trailer; and be current (renewed each year in January). Currently there is only one vehicle sticker needed. A boat trailer sticker is no longer required.
The “Padre Islander” Boat Ramp Parking Permit sticker costs $20 plus tax and may be purchased at the POA office.
If more than one Parking Permit sticker is needed, additional stickers may be purchased; however, only owners on record (on deed) or renters/leasers with proper documentation are eligible to purchase, for vehicles registered to owners of record.
Trailers must be hitched to vehicle at all times. No unattended trailer storage is permitted.
The POA's boat ramps and canal ends are not approved fueling locations. Fueling at any POA boat ramp or canal end is strictly prohibited.
